Bollywood Celebrities Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal are all set to tie a knot at the Six Senses Resort, Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. Pictures of the entrance into the resort and security personnel outside it are going viral on social media.
Security arrangements were reviewed by the local administration last week and all the 120 guests at the wedding must be either fully vaccinated or show a negative RT-PCR test report. Celebrations have begun with the Sangeet on December 7, there will be Mehendi on December 8 and the wedding itself will be held on December 9.
Rajendra Kishan, District Collector of Sawai Madhopur, told news agency PTI that guests are required to provide proof of vaccination. Anyone not fully vaccinated will need to do a COVID test. “As far as we have been informed, there will be 120 guests for four days from December 7 to 10. RT PCR test is compulsory for those who have not taken vaccine doses,” Mr Kishan told PTI. According to several reports on the wedding festivities, Dharamshala around the hotel have been booked for security staff, the henna for katrina’s mehendi is reported to cost between ₹ 50,000 to ₹ 1 lakh, and seven white horses will attend Vicky Kaushal when he makes his entry.
As per the media reports the couple were spotted at each other’s house. On Sunday, Katrina was also seen visiting Vicky’s house decked in a saree. In another viral video, as photographers stood for hours to capture the couple-to-be, Vicky sent out food packets for them. Rumours of Vicky and Katrina dating have been doing the rounds for over a year, but the two never went public with their relationship.
